Our shared admin services offering is specifically designed to assist you to focus on your core business by removing the requirement to have Jira Administrative expertise in-house. 

You have three plans to choose from and each plan strives to provide the essential services you need for the stage in your Jira Cloud journey with the best possible pricing starting from only one case per month per plan:

Options One is our BASIC ADMIN Services. This plan is suitable for you if you are a small company or consultancy firm that want to get more operational traction in your business through issue tracking and resolution or if you simply are new to Jira Cloud and want assistance to run it effectively.

It includes:

  1. Free site setup and initial configuration.
  2. Handling any Jira Cloud Site, Product, Project or Issue Type configuration.
  3. Assist you to setup your environment more streamlined and secure.

Options Two is our ADVANCE ADMIN Services. If your company is growing and require more mature processes and business intelligence, this plan is suitable for you. You will be able to unlock more features from your cloud environment to assist you to break through barriers and have a solid platform for growth.

It includes:

  1. Everything in the BASIC ADMIN Plan
  2. Handling any workflow creation and/or customisation from scratch or editing existing workflows. This includes setting up or changing conditions, validations, post-functions and building custom screens to interact with the workflows.
  3. We also assist you with the setup of advance JQL (Jira Query Language) queries filters, create custom dashboards and configuration of SLA management to ensure you get the business intelligence to run your projects/business more efficient.
  4. We also perform more advance system configurations.

Options Three is our EXPERT ADMIN Services. This plan is suitable for customers that want to automate processes (testing, development, sales, marketing) and have a fully integrated Cloud environment. In this plan there are no limits to what you can do with your Jira Cloud instance. 

It includes:

  1. Everything in the ADVANCE ADMIN Plan
  2. Setup of automation services on Jira automation as well as using custom scripts in your workflows through Adaptavist Scriptrunner.
  3. We also assist you with automatic escalation services and bulk admin tasks.
  4. We integrate your cloud instance into other Jira products and can setup queries to external systems to display information.

How does it work?

We have automated the admin process by integrating directly into the Jira Cloud eco-system. Upon successful subscription you automatically gets created as a customer on our Customer Portal. If you purchased Basic or Advance Admin Services you will immediately be able to log a case that will be assigned to one of our admin experts.
